The Domaines Ott by Ott Côtes de Provence Rosé 2024 13% Vol. 0.75 l is an elegant and modern rosé wine from Provence that impressively embodies the typical sophistication and freshness of the southern French rosé style. Produced by Domaines Ott, this Côtes de Provence rosé is based on a classic cuvée of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre, which give the wine freshness, fruit and structure. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the clear flavours and fruity freshness.


The 2024 vintage benefited from a mild and rainy spring without extreme weather conditions, followed by a hot and dry summer with cool nights. These conditions allowed the grapes to ripen evenly and continuously, resulting in particularly pure and balanced fruit flavours. With 13% alcohol by volume and dry ageing, this Provence rosé wine is precise, elegant and harmonious. The combination of aromatic finesse, fine minerality and lively acidity gives the By Ott Rosé its characteristic style with a clear focus on elegance and ageing potential. Recommended drinking temperature: 8-10 °C. Drinkable until around 2028.

Tasting Note

The Domaines Ott by Ott Rosé 2024 has a brilliant, shiny peach-pink colour in the glass. Intense aromas of yellow fruits unfold on the nose, accompanied by a hint of exotic notes and nuances of cherries, strawberries, raspberries, red currants and subtle hints of rose. On the palate, the wine is fresh, mineral and supple with an elegant structure and harmonious acidity. The finish is subtly acidic, animating and long-lasting.

This Côtes de Provence Rosé is an excellent accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, grilled fish, seafood, salads or light starters. Domaines Ott by Ott Rosé is also ideal as an aperitif, for summer evenings, terrace moments or as a stylish accompaniment to light and fresh cuisine.
