Tasting Note

Deep black ruby colour in the glass. Cherry and blueberry on the nose with a fine fruit intensity. Extremely creamy and fruity on the palate with notes of dark chocolate and well-integrated acidity. The finish is elegantly balanced and long-lasting.

The Bolla Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC 2023 is an excellent accompaniment to braised beef, pasta with strong meat sauces or oven-baked lamb dishes. The combination with game stew or roast pork is also very harmonious and brings out its creamy texture and fruit particularly well.
