The Hillinger Gelber Muskateller 2025 stands for an aromatic, lively Gelber Muskateller from Burgenland that combines freshness, fruit and varietal typicity in a particularly clear form. The 2025 vintage is light-footed, playful and at the same time precisely structured. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, the wine is balanced and lively, with a clear focus on freshness, flavour and drinkability. It is matured in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the varietal flavours unadulterated.


After fermentation, the wine matures for three months on the lees, which gives it additional juiciness and structure without losing its lightness. The style is dry and fruit-orientated, supported by an animating acidity that gives the wine liveliness and freshness. Bottled with a screw cap, the flavour is optimally preserved. It has a storage potential of around two years, although the wine reveals its full expressiveness particularly when young. This Gelber Muskateller is ideally served at a drinking temperature of 7 to 10 °C.

Tasting Note

Light straw yellow in the glass. The nose is distinctly playful with exotic fruits such as mango, banana and lychee, accompanied by rose gooseberries and floral notes. Fruity and dry on the palate with clear muscatel grapes and lively acidity. The finish is fresh, medium-long and very drinkable.
