The vines are rooted in podzolic soils of red ferruginous clay on slate, which give the wine its distinctive minerality, structure and depth. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed before undergoing cold clarification for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and fruit typical of the grape variety. Subsequent ageing on the fine lees for five months gives the wine additional texture and complexity without masking its clear style. The result is a well-balanced Viognier Marsanne white wine that harmoniously combines fruit, freshness and structure and clearly focusses on the grape variety and terroir.

In the glass, the wine presents itself in a light gold colour. The nose reveals a fresh, clear and fruity interplay of aromas with ripe stone fruits.
