The cuvée, made from selected white grape varieties, is produced using a base of white wine and then refined through a second fermentation using the Charmat method. This process preserves the wine’s freshness and fruitiness and ensures its fine, lively effervescence. With an alcohol content of 11% vol., Mionetto VIVO Cuvée Blue Extra Dry is fresh, harmonious and well-balanced. The Extra Dry style gives the sparkling wine a pleasant balance between fruit and freshness, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of occasions. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Mionetto VIVO Cuvée Blue Vino Spumante Bianco Extra Dry appears a pale straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively perlage. On the nose, floral and fruity aromas of Golden Delicious apples, pears, apricots and peaches unfold, accompanied by acacia blossom, honey, almonds, freshly baked bread and subtle hints of blueberry. On the palate, this Extra Dry Cuvée is fresh, harmonious and well-balanced, with elegant fruit, pleasant freshness and a delicate structure. The finish is fruit-driven, smooth and pleasantly long-lasting.
