The Clément Rhum Vieux Agricole V.S.O.P. is initially aged in ex-Bourbon casks made of American oak and is subsequently finished in selected new American oak casks. The extended cask ageing brings out subtle notes of mocha, cocoa, candied orange, vanilla and coconut, which perfectly complement the fresh character of the sugar cane distillate.
