Christian & Thomas Weiss Red Zero non-alcoholic is a high-quality non-alcoholic wine alternative from Austria, produced from carefully vinified organic grapes. In the 0.74-litre bottle, the cuvée combines the two red wine varieties Zweigelt and Merlot. The base wine is aged in both stainless-steel tanks and wooden barrels, combining fruit, structure and added depth. This is followed by gentle dealcoholisation with aroma recovery. This process is designed to preserve the characteristic fruit notes and ensure the most authentic, wine-like character possible, even after the alcohol has been removed. The result is an interesting non-alcoholic red wine alternative with a distinct character of its own.


The Christian & Thomas Weiss Red Zero is characterised by its pronounced fruitiness, a pleasant tannin structure and its balanced character. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Christian & Thomas Weiss Red Zero displays a deep red colour with dark highlights. On the nose, a pronounced, inviting fruitiness takes centre stage. On the palate, this alcohol-free cuvée is well-balanced and fruit-forward, accompanied by a pleasantly noticeable tannin structure that lends it definition and a wine-like mouthfeel. The finish is harmonious and pleasantly lingering.

Christian & Thomas Weiss Red Zero should be enjoyed at a serving temperature of around 8 °C and is an excellent alcohol-free accompaniment to heartier dishes.
