Produced from carefully selected molasses, it is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and then matured for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon casks. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden highlights.

Nose: Intense aromas of dark chocolate, ripe plums, caramelised sugar and vanilla, accompanied by a subtle hint of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with nuances of toffee, candied orange, honey, dark cocoa and subtle spice.

Finish: Lang, warm and harmonious with sweet woody notes and a hint of coffee.
