Its name refers to the oldest distillate it contains, which can be aged for up to 30 years, but does not consist exclusively of 30-year-old rums. The elaborate Solera process, in which younger and older rums are blended over many years, creates an exceptional depth and smoothness. With an alcohol content of 40 % vol., this fine drop offers a perfectly balanced combination of sweetness, spice and woody notes.
