It is distilled from the best Demerara sugar cane molasses and produced in a combination of traditional wood and copper stills before maturing for five years in oak barrels. Flavour: Smooth and balanced with notes of dark caramel, dried fruit, honey and a subtle spiciness of nutmeg and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium-long, soft and pleasantly sweet with nuances of vanilla, oak and dark chocolate.
