The Depaz Distillery, situated at the foot of the Mont Pelée volcano, benefits from a unique terroir with mineral-rich soils that lend the sugar cane a particularly intense aroma. After distillation, the rum is aged for at least four years in French oak casks, allowing it to develop its exceptional depth, spice and balance.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm and well-balanced, with hints of caramel, dried fruit and delicate woody notes.
