The basis is a classic maturation in ex-bourbon casks before the whisky is additionally refined in 10-year-old Tawny Port casks and in rare 30-year-old Matusalem sherry casks. Despite the intensive cask maturation, the typical soft and fruity Dalmore character remains clearly recognisable. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep mahogany with warm copper reflections.

Nose: Fruity aromas of ripe plums and dark berries meet creamy coffee latte, fine manuka honey, vanilla and roasted almonds.

Flavour: Full-bodied and harmonious with juicy plums, dark cocoa, creamy caramel, honey, delicate oak spice and elegant sherry notes.

Finish: Medium length and soft with hints of liquorice, caramel, honey and a pleasant spicy warmth.
