Spot Whiskey is made from a blend of malted and unmalted barley and is triple-distilled in traditional copper stills. It is matured in a variety of casks, including bourbon, sherry, Malaga, Marsala and Madeira casks, which gives each Whiskey its unique character.

Spot Whiskeys have their roots in Dublin, Ireland. The Mitchell & Son family began blending whiskey in the 19th century and played a pivotal role in shaping Irish whiskey culture. Today, the whiskeys are produced at the renowned Midleton Distillery, which is famous for its excellent single pot still whiskeys.

• Green Spot: A non-age-statement whisky, matured for between 7 and 10 years in bourbon and sherry casks. Fresh, fruity and well-balanced.
• Yellow Spot: Aged for 12 years in bourbon, sherry and Malaga casks. Complex with notes of honey, spices and red apples.
• Red Spot: Aged for 15 years in bourbon, sherry and Marsala casks. Full-bodied with aromas of ripe fruit and spices.
• Blue Spot: Aged for 7 years in bourbon, sherry and Madeira casks. Bottled at cask strength for an intense flavour.
• Gold Spot: Aged for 9 years in bourbon, sherry, Bordeaux and port casks. Complex with exotic fruit notes.
