Glenglassaugh Distillery, a prestigious Scotch whisky distillery, is picturesquely located near Portsoy in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Its location along the coastline of the Moray Firth not only offers breathtaking views of the North Sea, but also characterises the unique character of its whisky. The distillery's history stretches back to its foundation in 1875 and since then Glenglassaugh has developed a rich tradition of craftsmanship and distilling high-quality single malt whiskies that are appreciated by connoisseurs around the world.

Glenglassaugh Revival is a unique blend of different types of casks from the distillery, aged in a special maturation system. First, the contents of various casks (red wine, bourbon, hogsheads, etc.) rest in sherry casks for at least six months before being blended into the final cask. Each batch is bottled from this final cask, which is then refilled with new sherry casks. This ensures consistent quality. The whisky is bottled by hand.

Colour: Copper.

Nose: Sweet caramel, toffee, notes of nutty sherry, milk chocolate, honey, ripe plums, red berries, oranges, hints of caramelised sugar, charred oak.

Flavour: Creamy, sweet, oranges, plums, cherries, walnuts, chocolate, mead, spicy oak.

Finish: Langs, wine flavours, sherry, caramel.
