Slyrs FIFTY ONE is a carefully composed cuvée of single malt whiskies matured for varying lengths of time in sherry, port and Sauternes casks. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark golden yellow.

Nose: Intense aromas of prunes and roasted chestnuts, accompanied by moss, spruce and a subtle hint of dark chocolate.

Palate: Full-bodied and complex, with tart herbs, cloves, nutty notes, fresh spice and harmonious influences from the sherry, port and Sauternes casks.

Finish: Long-lasting and intense with a slight dryness, spicy woody notes and elegant warmth.

Slyrs FIFTY ONE Single Malt Whisky is best enjoyed neat at room temperature, allowing its complex aromas and robust structure to unfold fully. A few drops of water can bring out additional nuances without altering its character.
