Koval BOURBON Single Barrel Whiskey is a unique bourbon with an alcohol content of 47% vol. and a volume of 0.5 litres. Produced by the Koval Distillery, which was founded in Chicago in 2008, this bourbon is an excellent example of the company's innovative approach. Koval is known for its organic and kosher bottlings, which are certified in America. In contrast to traditional bourbon recipes, the mash of Koval Bourbon uses the unusual ingredient millet instead of rye or wheat. This special ingredient gives the bourbon a particularly smooth texture and a unique flavour.

Koval's distillates are matured in gallon barrels (113.55 litres), which results in fast and intense barrel interaction. This allows the whiskey to develop a deep golden colour and a rich aroma. The Koval BOURBON Single Barrel is bottled from single barrels, which means that each bottle reflects the unique characteristics of that particular barrel. The bourbon offers a harmonious combination of sweet caramel and vanilla notes, together with a fine oak spice and a hint of fruitiness.

Colour: Golden amber colour with a slight shimmer.

Nose: Aromas of vanilla, caramel and a delicate oak note, accompanied by a subtle fruity note.

Flavour: Full-bodied and balanced, with sweet vanilla and caramel notes, a mild oak spice and a hint of fruit.

Finish: Long-lasting, with a pleasant warmth and a combination of caramel and oak that gently fades away.
