This exclusive gin is distilled and bottled in Kyoto and sets itself apart from classic London Dry Gins through the use of unique Japanese botanicals. Yellow yuzu brings a refreshing citrus note, while hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress) add a subtle, woody depth. Bamboo provides a gentle balance, while goyokuro tea contributes a subtle umami note. The composition is rounded off with green sansho berries (Japanese peppercorns), which give the gin a gentle, spicy sharpness. With an alcohol content of 45.7% vol., KI NO BI has an elegant yet intense flavour that makes it an unmistakable experience.
