KI NO BI SEI Kyoto Dry Gin is the high-proof version of the famous KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin and impresses with an alcohol content of 54.5% vol. This variant brings out the flavours of the carefully selected Japanese botanicals even more intensively and ensures a full-bodied, complex taste experience. "Sei" means "clarity" or "strength" in Japanese - an apt description for this special gin, which impresses with its distinctive juniper flavour, spicy freshness and elegant depth.

Produced in the Kyoto distillery, the first gin distillery in Japan, KI NO BI GIN reflects centuries of Japanese craftsmanship. The ingredients are perfectly harmonised: Yellow yuzu provides fresh citrus notes, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress) bring a subtle, woody nuance, while bamboo and goyokuro tea provide a fine balance and depth. Green sansho berries (Japanese peppercorns) give the gin a pleasant sharpness and spicy complexity.

It harmonises perfectly with a high-quality Indian tonic water, garnished with a yuzu or lemon zest. It also impresses neat on ice with its deep variety of flavours.
