Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber reflections.

Nose: Aromas of ripe apples, dark chocolate, honey and roasted nuts, accompanied by a hint of oak.

Flavour: Full-bodied and complex with notes of dried fruit, vanilla cream, cinnamon and fine caramel nuances, complemented by a subtle smokiness.

Finish: Langs and elegant with a harmonious combination of sweet, spicy and slightly smoky notes.

This fine single malt is best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, roasted almonds or a fine selection of cheeses. It can also be combined with smoked meat or grilled salmon for an exceptional flavour experience. If you want to enjoy it in a cocktail, you can use it in a classic Rob Roy or Old Fashioned to bring out its rich flavours.
