Produced at the renowned Distilleria Dellavalle, this fine grappa owes its unique character to the careful distillation of select pomace from the finest vineyards of Monferrato.

It is produced using the traditional method in small stills over a water bath, which allows for a particularly delicate and aromatic distillation. This is followed by a long ageing process in French oak casks, which lend the grappa an exceptional smoothness and a harmonious interplay of fruity, woody and spicy notes. Tasting Note

Colour: A deep golden amber colour with warm highlights.

Nose: Intense and complex, with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla, honey and refined woody notes.
