He led his countrymen with determination and courage to drive the conquerors off the island that meant so much to him.

Don Papa Rum Sevillana is a true meisterwerk from the Philippines, which not only impresses with its exclusive production, but also with its special barrel maturation. It comes from the island of Negros, the heart of Philippine sugar cane production, and is a tribute to Don Papa and the heroes of the revolution who fought for freedom and justice.

The maturation of this exceptional rum begins in American bourbon barrels, which give it a solid, warm vanilla and wood base. But the real highlight is the exclusive finish in Spanish wine barrels, which previously contained orange wine from Seville. This refinement makes the Don Papa Sevillana unique and gives it an extraordinary depth, accompanied by an elegant sweetness and fruity citrus notes.

It goes perfectly with high-quality dark chocolate, mature cheese or sweet desserts with citrus fruits and caramel. If you want to enjoy it in a cocktail, you can use it in a Rum Old Fashioned or a Sevilla Rum Sour to perfectly showcase its characteristic orange and vanilla notes.
