The Naga Rum Casked Aged Rum of Indonesia is characterised by a special combination of fermentation and distillation. The molasses is slowly fermented using malted Indonesian red rice yeast to give this rum exceptional depth and complexity. The blend consists of two different distillates: one produced in traditional Indonesian pot stills and another distilled in column stills. This combination ensures a balanced and multi-faceted flavour experience.

This rum is matured in unique Jati oak (teak) barrels, which give the rum a distinctive woody and spicy flavour, and in bourbon barrels, which add an extra depth and gentle sweetness to the rum.
