These exclusive ingredients include cherry blossom, cherry leaves, yuzu peel, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea and Japanese pepper (Sanshō). They are each distilled using a process tailored to the ingredient in order to capture their flavours with particular precision. They are complemented by classic gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander and angelica root.
