Don Papa Baroko 40% ABV 0.7 l is an exquisite premium rum from the Philippines, produced from high-quality sugarcane molasses. Produced at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, this rum benefits from fertile volcanic soils and a tropical climate that provides ideal conditions for growing sugar cane. After distillation, Don Papa Baroko is aged for several years in American oak casks that previously contained bourbon. This cask ageing lends it its characteristic depth, an elegant sweetness and a subtle spiciness.


With an alcohol content of 40% vol., this Filipino rum is rich, smooth and aromatic. Don Papa Baroko is excellent enjoyed neat at room temperature, where its sweet and fruity aromas really come into their own. It pairs perfectly with desserts such as crème brûlée, chocolate fondant or caramelised fruit. It also creates exciting contrasts when paired with mild cheeses or roasted nuts.
