Finish: Langs and warming, with a balanced blend of oak, spices and sweet caramel notes.

Don Papa Rum Rye Aged is ideal for drinking neat or on ice to fully develop its complex flavours. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, mature cheese such as Gouda or Comté, as well as BBQ dishes or grilled meat. For cocktails, it is an excellent choice for a Rum Old Fashioned or a Rum Manhattan, where its complex and spicy flavours come into their own.
