Wikinger Met Hot Mead Honey Mulled Wine is a delicious, warming speciality that combines the tradition of classic mead with winter spices. With an alcohol content of 10% by volume and bottled in a 0.75-litre bottle, this mulled honey wine is the perfect drink for cold days and cosy evenings.

Made from high-quality honey wine (mead), this mulled mead is characterised by its natural sweetness and the harmonious combination of warming spices such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. The delicate flavours are reminiscent of traditional mulled wine, but the honey gives it a particularly mild and full-bodied flavour. The Wikinger Met is inspired by the old Nordic drinking rituals, in which honey wine was valued as a festive drink.

This mead is ready to drink and only needs to be gently warmed - ideal for convivial winter evenings, Christmas markets or cosy hours by the fire.

Wikinger Met is best served slightly heated (do not boil, otherwise the flavours will be lost) and served in a heat-resistant cup or earthenware mug. If you like it even spicier, you can refine it with a cinnamon stick, orange slices or a dash of rum.

It goes perfectly with wintery dishes such as gingerbread, baked apples or nuts. It also unfolds its full potential as an accompaniment to savoury dishes such as roast venison or strong cheese.
