The name "Amorosa di Dicembre" refers to the late harvest of the Vespaiolo grapes in December, when they develop an intense flavour due to the natural drying on the vines. After gentle distillation in copper stills, this grappa matures for a long time in oak barrels, giving it an exceptional softness, depth and aromatic complexity.
