Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Expressive, with notes of sugar cane, honey and red fruits, followed by vanilla and spicy oak notes.

Palate: Complex, full-bodied and smooth with vanilla, toffee, red fruits and harmoniously integrated oak.

Finish: Round and long-lasting with wood, ripe plum and toffee.

Diplomático Selección de Familia is particularly well suited to being enjoyed neat at room temperature, but can also be served over a large ice cube. Culinary pairings include roast or grilled beef, mature hard cheeses and roasted nuts, which stand up to its full-bodied character.
