The multi-award-winning distillery, based in Yilan County, is renowned for its exceptional selection of casks and the accelerated maturation process in Taiwan’s subtropical climate. For the Concertmaster Port Cask Finish, the single malt is first matured in carefully selected American oak casks before receiving its finish in Portuguese Ruby Port barriques. This second phase of maturation lends the whisky additional depth, a velvety texture and a natural fruity sweetness.
