The J. Bally Rhum Vieux Agricole 12 Ans d'Âge is an exquisite, long-matured agricole rum from Martinique, renowned for its depth, complexity and traditional craftsmanship. Made from freshly pressed sugar cane juice - not molasses - and according to the strict specifications of the protected designation of origin AOC Martinique, this rum is a true prime example of the high art of French-Caribbean rhum agricole.

Distilled in the renowned Distillerie du Simon distillery and matured for over 12 years in small oak barrels, this rum develops a multi-layered, finely balanced interplay of flavours. The long tropical ageing in oak barrels not only gives it its warm amber colour, but also notes of spices, wood, dried fruit and floral elegance. With an alcohol content of 45% by volume, it is bottled at optimum drinking strength, naturally without additives or colourings.

Colour: Deep gold to reddish amber.

Nose: Elegant and complex with aromas of dried fruit, honey, leather, fine wood, roasted nuts and vanilla.
