Highland Park Distillery was founded in 1798 and is one of the oldest and most renowned whisky distilleries in Scotland. It is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland, making it the most northerly distillery in Scotland. Surrounded by rugged nature and stormy seas, Highland Park's whisky reflects the unique climatic conditions of the Orkney Islands. Today, the distillery belongs to The Edrington Group and produces around 2.5 million litres of whisky every year.

Highland Park Dragon Legend Single Malt is inspired by the legend of the dragon slayer Sigurd, who gained the gift of wisdom and prophecy by licking the dragon's blood. This epic story is reflected in the bold, dramatic character of this whisky.

Its intense flavour is largely shaped by the slow maturation in European oak sherry casks, combined with a higher proportion of peated An Orkney malt.

Nose: Spicy, oak, peat smoke.

Flavour: Lemon peel, honey, vanilla, warm spices, peat.

Finish: Langs, smoky.
