This small batch Irish gin is produced by the Kinsale Spirit Company, a young, innovative company that places particular emphasis on quality, origin and craftsmanship. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume and a classic London Dry style, this gin is both versatile and clearly structured.

The flavour of Kinsale Gin is based on a combination of traditional and locally inspired botanicals. In addition to the classic ingredients such as juniper, coriander and angelica root, regional plants such as valerian, sea fennel, rosehip and elderflower are also used - many of which come from the immediate surroundings around the Irish coast. This select composition gives the gin a fresh, floral and slightly maritime flavour that clearly sets it apart from other bottlings.

It is produced in small batches in a traditional copper still, which ensures a particularly pure and flavoursome distillation. Bottled in an elegant 0.7-litre bottle, Kinsale Gin is a visual and tasteful addition to any bar - whether private or professional.
