Shinji Fukuyo, Suntory's fifth generation Chief Blender, has redefined the boundaries of whisky making with this series. By using unique ingredients, wood types and innovative processes, he has expanded the previous Tsukuriwake series and demonstrated the diversity and sophistication of whisky production.
