The Flor de Caña Centenario 18 Years Old Legacy Edition I is a premium, long-matured single estate rum from Nicaragua that is appreciated worldwide for its uncompromising quality, sustainability and elegance. Produced by the traditional Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua, this rum matures for a full 18 years in former bourbon barrels under the influence of the tropical climate at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano.

It is bottled without added sugar, artificial additives or colourings, which makes Flor de Caña one of the few CO₂-neutral and fair trade-certified rum producers. Tasting Note

Colour: Deep copper with golden reflections.

Nose: Harmonious with notes of burnt sugar, vanilla, nut, oak and dried fruit.

Flavour: Soft and round with caramel, dark chocolate, almonds, spices and finely integrated oak.

Finish: Langs, dry and noble with delicate roasted flavours and lingering spice.

Ideal served neat or on a large ice cube. Goes perfectly with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cigars or mature hard cheese. Also suitable as a luxurious base for Old Fashioned variants. A responsibly produced premium rum for stylish enjoyment at the highest level.
