In 1987, the namesake Aurelio Montes, Pedro Grander, Douglas Murray and Alfredo Vidaurre founded the Montes winery in Chile. The winery's vision is to conquer the entire world market with high-quality wines from Chile. Today, the winery cultivates around 750 hectares of vineyards and also produces its outstanding wines in Argentina and California.

Discover the Montes Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva, made from grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, carefully cultivated in the vineyards of the Colchagua Valley. This wine develops its characteristic flavours and nuances through a mixture of stainless steel tank and American oak barrel ageing. With a storage potential of up to 6 years and a natural cork stopper, each bottle preserves the quality and authenticity of this wine.

Tasting Note

Dense ruby red in the glass. Nuances of caramel, cinnamon, rock candy and fine mint on the nose. Spicy, juicy and fruity on the palate, with flavours of American oak and firm tannins. Long-lasting and powerful on the finish.

Serving temperature: 15-18 °C.

Harmonises excellently with dark and spicy-spicy dishes.
