The name Royal Salute refers to the traditional 21-gun salute fired at the coronation of a British monarch. To this day, the recipe for the multi-award-winning Signature Blend remains unchanged and stands for royal elegance, exceptional maturity and the highest quality.


Only rare and exceptional Scotch whiskies are used for Royal Salute 21 Years Old, which are matured for at least 21 years in selected oak casks. This long maturation period gives the blend its remarkable depth, complexity and balance. The whisky is presented in the iconic sapphire-blue ceramic bottle, inspired by the gemstones of the British Crown Jewels. At 40% ABV, this luxurious blended Scotch whisky impresses with its harmonious combination of fruitiness, sherry notes, spices and elegant oakiness.

Tasting Note

Colour: Straw yellow to dark gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Sweet pears, melons, citrus fruits, autumn flowers, vanilla, oak, sherry notes and a hint of smoke.

Palate: Orange marmalade, fresh pears, sherry sweetness, hazelnuts, ginger, cinnamon, biscuit and delicate spices with a subtle smokiness.

Finish: Very long-lasting, dry, elegant and slightly spicy with harmonious malt and spice notes.
