Colour: Dark amber that shimmers golden in the light, with a warm depth that reflects the long maturation in Mizunara casks.

Nose: Complex aromas of spices such as cinnamon and cloves, followed by fruity notes of plums, pears and a hint of dried figs, which combine with a floral freshness and the characteristic Mizunara oak spice.

Taste: Full-bodied and luxurious, with a harmonious blend of warm spices, dark fruits and delicate oak flavours, rounded off by a light vanilla note. The Mizunara oak gives the whisky a subtle depth that blends perfectly with the fruity and spicy notes.

Finish: Long-lasting and very elegant, with a gentle oak spice and a delicate hint of caramel that slowly fades away and harmoniously rounds off the flavour.
