Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber reflections.

Nose: A smoky combination of toasted wood, fresh herbs and a fruity note of plums and ripe fruit, accompanied by a light vanilla note.

Palate: Full-bodied with intense smoky flavours of peat smoke, which combine with fruity notes of green apple and citrus fruits. A gentle spiciness of oak and spiced nuts rounds off the flavour.

Finish: Langs and warm, with a lingering smoky finish that is accompanied by a fruity sweetness and a fine oak spice.
