Don Papa Alon 40 % vol. 0.7 l is a unique, limited edition spiced rum from the Philippine island of Negros - the centre of sugar cane production in the country. Distilled from 100% sugar cane molasses, this rum is refined with aromas of toasted coconut, jackfruit and warming spices - exactly the same ingredients that make up Ginataang Langka, a traditional tropical speciality of the region. The result is a creamy, rich and intensely flavoured spiced rum, infused with harmonious citrus freshness.

The name Alon means "wave" in Tagalog - a symbol that reflects the dynamic coastal landscape of the Philippines and embodies the vibrancy and warmth of the tropical climate in this rum.

The amber colour of Alon develops during maturation in carefully selected barrels, giving it depth and elegance. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, it offers a perfect balance of exotic sweetness, floral spice and fruity freshness.

Colour: Bright amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Toasted coconut, sweet jackfruit, vanilla, warm spices and a hint of citrus.

Flavour: Creamy and full-bodied with tropical fruits, coconut, honey, nutmeg nuances, cinnamon and fine orange zest.

Finish: Langs, spicy and slightly fruity with lingering warmth.
