Tasting Note

The MICHAEL Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 has a deep ruby red colour with violet reflections in the glass. The nose reveals a multi-layered aroma of blackcurrants, dark forest berries and juicy cherry notes, accompanied by subtle hints of dark chocolate and delicate spicy notes. On the palate, it is complex, full-bodied and structured, with a powerful body and perfectly integrated tannins. The elegance of the French oak emphasises the fruity profile, while the long-lasting finish is carried by ripe fruit and fine spice.
