The Saint James Pure Canne Paille is ideal for Ti' Punch, daiquiri variations, rum highballs or fresh summer drinks that emphasise the naturalness of the sugar cane. It also goes very well with tropical desserts such as pineapple tart, mango sorbet, coconut cream or banana cake. In combination with mild cheese, grilled pineapple, lime biscuits or caramelised nuts, its fine barrel notes unfold particularly harmoniously.
