Rivière du Mât Grande Réserve is a high-quality rhum traditionnel from Réunion, a French island in the Indian Ocean. Produced by one of the oldest and most renowned rum distilleries on the island, this bottling combines French expertise with the special terroir of Réunion. The Rivière du Mât distillery was founded in 1886 and stands for a long tradition of excellent rum production characterised by care, craftsmanship and a tropical climate.

Selected rums made from molasses are used for the Grander Réserve, which are matured for several years in French oak barrels under optimal conditions. The result is an expressive, harmoniously composed rum with a rich flavour structure and a gentle woody note.
