Produced in the renowned Henkell sparkling wine cellar in Wiesbaden, this sparkling wine represents over 160 years of German sparkling wine production at the highest level. Tasting Note

The Henkell Trocken appears in the glass in a clear, light golden colour with a fine, rising perlage. The nose reveals aromas of green apples, citrus fruits, white flowers and a hint of apricot. A dry, fresh and harmonious flavour unfolds on the palate with fine acidity, elegant structure and a pleasantly fruity finish with a light yeasty note.
