Rosé sparkling wine is made from red grapes, whose skins remain in contact with the must for a short time during fermentation to achieve the characteristic pink colour. This method gives the rosé sparkling wine its fruity aromas of red berries and a delicate, effervescent texture. Rosé sparkling wine can be produced using the traditional method (bottle fermentation) or the Charmat method (tank fermentation).

The production of rosé sparkling wine begins with the harvest of the grapes, which are gently pressed. The must undergoes primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to produce the base wines. For the second fermentation, the wine is fermented either in the bottle (traditional method) or in pressure tanks (Charmat method). Sugar and yeast are added to produce carbon dioxide.
