Rosé wine is a charming and versatile choice for many occasions. Rosé wine is made from red grapes, with the skins left in contact with the must for only a short time to ensure a light colour transfer. This brief maceration, which often lasts just a few hours, gives the wine its characteristic pink colour and fresh, fruity aromas.

The production of rosé wine begins with the harvest of red grapes. After destemming and pressing the grapes, a short maceration takes place, during which the skins remain in contact with the must to achieve the desired depth of colour. Fermentation then proceeds in the same way as for white wine, often at low temperatures to preserve the fresh aromas.
