Die Bezeichnung "Deep & Complex" verweist auf das vielschichtige Zusammenspiel aus Rauch, Frucht, Würze und reifem Holz, das diesen Single Malt prägt.
Durch die lange Reifung entwickeln sich sowohl die für Bowmore typischen maritimen Noten als auch intensive Aromen dunkler Früchte, Gewürze und feiner Sherrysüße. Die Reifung in Oloroso-Sherryfässern bringt dabei Tiefe und aromatische Wärme, während die Bourbonfässer für Struktur, Vanille und Leichtigkeit sorgen. Mit 43 % Vol. abgefüllt, präsentiert sich dieser Whisky angenehm zugänglich, aber mit deutlicher Ausdruckskraft – ideal für Liebhaber komplex gereifter Islay-Malts. Tasting notes:

Abgang: Lang, weich und elegant rauchig mit Spuren von Kakao und Trockenobst.
