Casa Paladin is an established Italian winery in Veneto, specifically in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The winery dates back to 1960, when it was founded by Carlo Paladin. Casa Paladin's winemaking philosophy aims to combine traditional methods with advanced technologies to produce wines that reflect the specific terroir of the region. The Paladin Prosecco Rosé is made from 90% Glera grapes and 10% Pinot Nero grapes. In order to achieve an optimal balance between these grape varieties and to guarantee an excellent product, the varieties are vinified separately.
