Der Goldenits Heideboden Zweigelt 2022 ist ein vielschichtiger, kraftvoller Zweigelt-Rotwein aus dem Burgenland, der mit Tiefe, Frucht und weichem Tannin beeindruckt. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 13,5 % Vol. präsentiert sich dieser Wein als ein charaktervoller Vertreter seiner Herkunft: Heideboden, eine der bekanntesten Lagen rund um Gols, nahe dem Neusiedler See. Die Reben wachsen auf sandigen Schwarzerdeböden mit mittlerem bis hohem Steinanteil sowie klassischen Schotterlagen – ideale Voraussetzungen für Struktur, Mineralität und Reifepotenzial.
Die Trauben wurden von Hand gelesen – im Zeitraum vom 26. bis 29. September 2023. Nach der sorgfältigen Selektion folgte eine 20-tägige Maischestandzeit und temperaturkontrollierte Vergärung, um Frucht und Farbe bestmöglich zu extrahieren. Der Ausbau erfolgte in einer Kombination aus gebrauchten Barriquefässern und großen Holzfässern, was dem Wein Komplexität und Eleganz verleiht, ohne die sortentypische Frucht zu überdecken. Abgefüllt wurde der Wein am 30. November 2023 – bereit für sofortigen Genuss oder einige Jahre Flaschenreife. Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich der Goldenits Heideboden Zweigelt 2022 in sattem Rubingranat mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase dominieren dunkle Wildkirschen, unterlegt von zarten Anklängen an Nougat und reifer Frucht. Am Gaumen entfaltet sich eine saftig verwobene Kirschfrucht, begleitet von geschmeidigen Tanninen, zarter Würze und einem runden, harmonischen Abgang. Ein Wein mit Kraft und Finesse gleichermaßen.

Dieser Zweigelt aus dem Burgenland ist ein idealer Begleiter zu dunklem, kräftigem Fleisch, Wildgerichten, gegrilltem Rind oder herzhaften Käsespezialitäten.
