Diese exklusive Abfüllung reifte mindestens acht Jahre lang in sorgfältig ausgewählten amerikanischen Eichenfässern – darunter sowohl First-Fill- als auch Refill-Bourbonfässer, ergänzt durch Fässer mit Vorbelegung durch andere Spirituosen oder Weine. Diese vielfältige Fassauswahl sorgt für Tiefe, Struktur und ein klares, fruchtbetontes Aromaprofil – ganz ohne Torf.
Abgefüllt mit kräftigen 50 % Vol., nicht kühlgefiltert und in natürlicher Farbe, repräsentiert The Laddie Eight die Philosophie von Bruichladdich: maximaler Ausdruck von Herkunft, Gerste und Fass. Der Single Malt zeigt die elegante, maritime Seite Islays und richtet sich an Genießer, die einen ehrlichen, fassbetonten Whisky ohne Rauch suchen. Produziert wird er zu 100 % aus schottischer Gerste, destilliert und abgefüllt direkt an der Küste von Loch Indaal. Tasting notes:

Nase: Frische Zitrusnoten, reife Birne, Vanille, Getreide und ein Hauch Eiche.
Geschmack: Cremig und vollmundig mit süßem Malz, Honig, Karamell, Mandarine und zarter Würze.
Abgang: Lang, klar, leicht trocken mit maritimem Nachklang und weichen Eichenoten.
