Flying Dutchman is a handcrafted rum from the Zuidam Distillery - one of the few independent family distilleries in Europe. In Baarle-Nassau, on the Dutch-Belgian border, the distillery has been distilling to the highest standards for generations. The rum is made from high-quality sugar cane molasses, slowly fermented and traditionally distilled in copper stills - for full flavor and aromatic depth.
The Zuidam Distillery is located in the Netherlands, where it has been producing high-quality spirits since 1975. Using regional water and traditional methods, it produces distillates that enjoy international recognition - including the exclusive Flying Dutchman Rum.
Flying Dutchman is triple distilled and then aged for up to 5 years in small oak barrels - including former sherry, port and bourbon barrels.
